Richard is the Director and motivated client-driven Lawyer at Integrity Law.

Devon McDonald
Devon McDonald is a consultant for Integrity Law and holds the degree of Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from University of Otago. He was admitted to the Bar in 1976. Devon’s primary focus is on conveyancing, family trusts and relationship property matters although he has extensive experience in a wide variety of legal issues having been in practice since 1976.

Joy Hadley
Joy is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives with over 30 years experience in residential conveyancing. Joy was with Swayne McDonald for 23 years and is now with Integrity Law.

Nazir Ahmed
Nazir Ahmed is a highly experienced Senior Solicitor with a strong client-focused approach. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Canterbury and was admitted to the New Zealand Bar in 2006. In addition, Nazir holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Management from Lincoln University.

Vaiolama Feau
Vaiolama Feau joined Integrity Law in April 2025 as a law clerk and has since progressed into her current role as a junior lawyer. She graduated from the University of Auckland in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, and was admitted to the bar in July 2025.
In her practice, Vaiolama primarily works on wills, enduring powers of attorney, and deceased estates, while also assisting across a broad range of matters within the firm’s general practice. Cristina Nitu
Cristina is an experienced Lawyer who is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and Supreme Court of Queensland, Australia. Cristina is an honorary member of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Romanian Parliament, for Romanian immigrants overseas. She loves spending time with her family and the community.

Liz joined Integrity Law in 2024 and works as a Legal Administrator and Legal Executive Trainee.
